Prior to completing your purchase, we highly recommend taking the time to thoroughly read and comprehend our terms and conditions. By choosing to shop with us, you are acknowledging, understanding, and agreeing to the terms outlined below. Please note that these terms may be amended at any time without prior notice; therefore, we suggest checking back regularly to stay informed of any updates.

  1. Service

As industry experts, Daydreaming Land, Inc. (referred to as "The Company," "we," "us," or "our") primarily facilitates the purchasing process of items from Japan, Hong Kong, and Shanghai Disney Resort, as well as Disney Stores, Sanrio Stores, and Starbucks, on behalf of our customers. We may also consider special requests outside of Disney merchandise and encourage customers to contact us for additional support.

  1. Purchase

By completing the purchase, you certify that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Please ensure you have selected the correct items before checking out. We will not be able to amend or combine orders once they have been confirmed or if duplicate orders are placed. Discount codes must be entered before checking out for the discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase.

Please note that our order confirmation email serves as proof of receipt for your order but does not guarantee fulfillment. Our company reserves the right to cancel orders at any time and for any reason, with notice.

  1. Payment

Customers around the world can purchase products from The Company using PayPal or credit cards in USD currency.

Payments must be verified and processed before services can be rendered. Invoices are due upon receipt of payment.

  1. Shipping Address

Our shipping procedures strictly adhere to the shipping address provided on the order. No refunds will be issued for incorrectly provided addresses, and in case of returned mail, customers will be responsible for postage charges. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the postage cost. Any unclaimed returned mail after 3 months will become the property of Daydreaming Land, Inc. without prior notification.

  1. Taxes

Customers located in California will be charged CA Sales Tax, which is currently 7.25% statewide, with potential additional district taxes. For customers in other states, it is their responsibility to report and pay Use Tax. In the instance of Customs Taxes being applied, all customers are required to pay.

Any returned packages due to unpaid Customs Taxes will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-sent packages.

  1. Delivery Service & Time

The Company maintains no inventory on hand and typically requires 7 to 14 business days to collect merchandise from stores and ship out orders. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the orders have been shipped.

When acquiring daily limited products like the Duffy & Friends Collection and new releases from Tokyo Disney Resort, extra time may be necessary.

The majority of orders are typically shipped from either Hong Kong or Los Angeles through Hong Kong Post Airmail service or USPS Ground service. The package will be delivered within 7-21 business days by the customer's local post office, depending on the location. In the event that airmail service is suspended by the post office, the package will be shipped via surface mail or alternative available services without prior notice.

  1. Package Insurance

Packages are only insured if specifically stated in the post. Customers have the option to include insurance when placing their order. If a package is lost during shipment, we are not responsible for the loss. Please note that even with insurance, we are not liable for any loss (e.g., theft) if the tracking shows that the package has been "Delivered."

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

Our expert shipping team carefully inspects each item and packages them to ensure safe delivery to our customers. However, if items are found to be defective or damaged during shipment, customers are advised to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof in the form of pictures. We will then assess the situation and provide appropriate solutions. In the event that incorrect items are sent, we will arrange for a replacement shipment and fully reimburse the postage for the return package.

Please note that we are not the manufacturer and cannot be held responsible for any production defects or warranty claims. To resolve any potential issues with defects or warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly using the information listed on the packaging.

  1. Refund or Exchange Policy

Please note that any cancellations or exchanges must be made before our team picks up the items. Please also be aware that there is a 15% cancellation fee for all orders, including preorder items, that are canceled. Once our team has picked up the items, all sales are final.

The Company offers a full refund if the items are out of stock in stores. However, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, even if customers are unsatisfied with their purchases, due to clothing not fitting or other reasons. We recommend contacting our personal shoppers through email, Instagram direct messages, or Facebook private messages before placing an order for sizing assistance or any concerns.

  1. In case of dispute, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
